Job vacancies at Explore

Due to natural turnover, we have vacancies expected soon for Local Development Officers in some of our key regions.
The roles are all part-time 15 hours a week, term-time only (if required), flexible and work at home.
You need to be able to work under your own steam, have a genuine interest in young people and relationship education and be a great organiser.

The Role:
You’ll be helping to expand the delivery of our unique relationships workshops in schools, so you’ll need to be savvy and ideally already connected to local secondary schools and an excellent networker.
You’ll also be recruiting and managing volunteers – both couples willing to share their relationship stories in class and facilitators who can assist you at events.
You’ll be an ambassador for the charity locally, reaching out to spread the mission of Explore.

What you’ll bring:
Enthusiasm, organisational expertise, reasonable IT skills, marketing, presentation skills, excellent communication and people-management skills. Own transport and home office set-up.
Live in Kent, Essex, South London or Wiltshire/Dorset.

Starting salary £24,000 FTE salary, pro rata 2 or more days a week.
